My recommendation: try to get one paying client now

Given your ₦5,000–₦20,000 target and access to a phone and laptop, I would prioritise a service you can deliver immediately rather than joining a new earning platform. New platforms often require verification, minimum balances or withdrawal processing, so a 10-minute cash-out cannot be promised. Recent reporting has also highlighted task-based schemes that advertise easy earnings but put users at risk of losing money.

A practical 10-minute action plan

Minute 1–2: Choose one service you can deliver quickly: CV review, cover-letter editing, document formatting or proofreading.
Minute 3–4: Post an offer on WhatsApp Status and send it directly to 10 trusted contacts.
Minute 5–10: Respond to anyone interested, agree on the price and delivery time, and request a reasonable upfront payment before starting.

Here is a message you can use immediately.

Be realistic: You could receive payment within 10 minutes if someone is ready to hire you, but it isn't guaranteed. Don't spend your last money on registration fees, deposits or platforms promising instant profits.

One question: Do you have people on WhatsApp who might pay for your services today, or would you prefer a website where you can find new clients?
