# Pricing — Gruve

Gruve charges 5% only on paid tickets. There is no setup fee and no monthly subscription. Free events, registration-based events, and invite-only events are not charged. The organiser chooses who pays the 5%: the attendee at checkout, the organiser, or a 50/50 split.

Withdrawals land in the organiser's bank within 24 hours. Most arrive in under an hour.

Selling through a sponsor deal or a promoter link carries a separate 15% fee on that side.

## Free

- Price: ₦0 / $0, forever
- Limits: unlimited free events, unlimited attendees
- Features: registration-based events, invite-only events, QR code check-in, basic analytics, email support

## Creator

- Price: 5% per paid ticket sold (NGN or USD). No monthly fee.
- Limits: unlimited events, unlimited attendees
- Features: on-chain ticket minting, custom ticket design, discount and promo codes, team member access, advanced analytics, attendee messaging, multi-currency payments (card via Paystack, bank transfer, USDC/USDT), priority email and chat support, revenue dashboard

## Enterprise

- Features: everything in Creator, dedicated account manager, on-site event day crew and ushers, branded wristbands and badges, printing, ads and promotion support, custom integrations and API, legal and compliance support, volume-based pricing
